Returns & Exchanges

It's OK if you didn't love everything you ordered - we still appreciate you for considering us!

Lodging a return is now super simple thanks to our new online returns portal.

To make an exchange or return your item. You will need your order number and your zip/postal code to get started. 

There's a step-by-step guide below to show you how to complete a return but it's so easy to do, you'll have it nailed after the first time you try it. Please view our Returns Policy and Return Options before submitting.

Returns Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product:

  • Has visible wear or damage.
  • Is not in the original package, including boxes, sleeves and/or tags. 
  • Is a final sale item (this does not include the use of a discount code or site-wide sales)

There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrectly barcoded product. Contact us directly if you have experienced this and would prefer a refund rather than exchange or credit. Contact hello@paraisocreations.com

Step 1.

  • CLICK ON “START A RETURN” LINK BELOW
  • LOCATE YOUR ORDER NUMBER
  • THIS CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Step 2.

  • ENTER YOUR ORDER NUMBER
  • ENTER THE POST-CODE YOUR PARCEL WAS DELIVERED TO

Step 3.

  • ADD THE ITEMS YOU WANT TO RETURN BY CLICKING ON THEM
  • ELIGIBLE ITEMS WILL SHOW AS WHITE
  • INELIGIBLE ITEMS ARE GREYED OUT

Step 4.

  • CHOOSE FROM AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND/ONLINE STORE CREDIT
  • CHOOSE THE REASON WHY YOU ARE RETURNING OR EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT/S
  • SIMPLY FOLLOW EACH OF THE NEXT STEPS AS PROMPTED TO COMPLETE THE RETURNS PROCESS


Return Options


Size Exchanges

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a size up or down? An exchange is your best option.

You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice your original parcel is scanned as ‘Out For Delivery’ by USPS. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement.

Product Exchanges

Changed your mind and want to switch your item for a different product? Store credit is your best option.

You’ll receive store credit to quickly place a new order for the different product you’d like. Just select the Return and Store Credit option in our portal. You’ll be refunded the returned amount in the form of a gift card. Your store credit will be emailed to you as soon as we’ve received notice your original parcel is scanned as ‘Out For Delivery’ by USPS. 

NOTE: If there is a price difference for your new order you will either have a remaining store credit balance if not used in full or will be charged the remaining amount.

Store Credit

This is perfect if you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now. Online credits are valid for 3 years.

Your store credit will be emailed to you as soon as we’ve received notice your original parcel is scanned as ‘Out For Delivery’ by USPS. 

Refund

Just like our other options you will receive a prepaid return label. Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. Returns for refund will be subject to a $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit and exchanges.
